Etchinghill Clubhouse is an ideal venue for all types of functions such as weddings, anniversaries, parties, christenings, naming ceremonies and conferences. We cater for both small Etchinghill Golf Club groups and larger private functions, whether a day-time or evening events, with either finger buffets or sit-down meals.
WEDDINGS - we are licensed for civil ceremonies!
Your wedding day is special and we want to make it a memorable occasion for you, your family and your guests.
To ensure ease of planning, we have put together our ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE, which we think helps you to budget and plan your big day.
Please do not hesitate to telephone or email should you have any queries. In addition we are licensed for civil ceremonies - which is perfect to keep all your wedding guests under one roof - no travelling from one venue to another! We charge £150 for the room hire, please check with the registar for additional charges.

The Etchinghill All Inclusive Package
£40 per person (2011), £43.00 per person (2012)
Children under 12 half price.
- Room hire of the banqueting room, lounge bar.
- Use of the terrace.
- Arrival/reception drinks – Bucks Fizz, Pimms, Mulled wine or fruit punch – one glass per guest.
- Three-course meal.
- Half a bottle of house red or white wine/person.
- Jugs of ice-cold tap water.
- A glass of Sparking Wine for the toast.
- Menu cards, table plan & place-cards.
- Cake stand and knife.
- White linen tablecloths & white serviettes.
- Candles on the tables.
- Resident Disco.
- Evening buffet of Bacon Rolls & Cheese platter for day guests. (additional evening guests £4.00/person).
- The bar will also be open from the time you arrive.
- Minimum of 50 guests.
CIVIL CEREMONIES
We are licensed for Civil Ceremonies and can accommodate up to 80 guests.
Available Saturdays for 2011 (May - September). Please contact us regarding Friday & Sunday availability.

OTHER FUNCTIONS
We can offer a variety of different options to meet your requirements. As a guide, our lunch and dinner menus start from £16.00/person (for 3 courses) and our finger buffet menus start from £7.50/person. Please contact us to arrange a viewing and informal chat!
CONFERENCE ROOM
Our conference room is perfect for meetings and conferences with a maximum capacity of 45 delegates. Room hire is £75 per half-day and £100 per full day. Refreshments are available on request.
